Summary La dynamique terminologique s'interesse a l'evolution des termes. Complementaire, la terminometrie offre une mesure de cette mutation. Par une etude de l'usage en diachronie courte (deux annees consecutives) dans un domaine de specialite, la nanotechnologie, il est demontre que la terminometrie decrit precisement la dynamique des termes en situation multiculturelle, bilingue ou plurilingue. L'apport de la terminometrie a la comprehension de la progression des connaissances dans les textes specialises est egalement etabli.
