Summary Despite the growth of community psychology around the world there is not one comprehensive source of information about the history, theories, and practices of community psychology from a global perspective. This book fills that need as one source for an in-depth look at community psychology that will summarize, synthesize, and compare this field developmentally across countries. Designed as a resource for academics as well as practitioners, this book is organized according to geographical locations and each chapter covers a specific country or area following a prescribed outline so that there is symmetry across chapters.
